Twelve South Launches New iPhone Case, It’s Sticky

I don’t know how the company keeps hitting home runs, but Twelve South is quickly becoming the Babe Ruth of Apple-centric products. The company has just launched The Surface Pad for the iPhone. It’s like the BookBook, minus the book motif, but thinner, slimmer, and it’s probably more likely to fit in your pocket.

According to the release, it’s made from Napa leather, and it’s credit card thin, which already makes it increasingly more likely that I’d carry my iPhone around with one of the Surface Pad cases. The BookBook doesn’t exactly fit in my pocket, and no, I don’t wear skinny jeans.

Here’s the kicker though, the case adheres to the back of your phone and then wraps around it. It’s not something you plug your phone into, or a sleeve. It’s like a skin, but with a smart cover. That’s probably how they got the thing so thin that it’s credit-card sized.

The case costs $34.99 USD, and you can get it from their website.
