iOS 5 is set to be released this fall for the iPhone 4 and 3GS, all iPads, and the two most recent generations of the iPod touch.

The second generation Apple TV will also be getting the underpinnings of iOS 5.

With the new iOS 5 beta, Apple has also given developers access to iTunes 10.5 beta 3 and Xcode 4.2 Developer Preview 3, and iCloud for Lion beta 4.
